My strata called Atlas to come and do some work on the exterior of the buildings to handle a mice issue. Two of the technicians were having their lunch and I asked if they could take a look at a hole I had in my garage. Thinking they would check later today, they got to it right away. They both went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me fix several issues I had in my storage unit and garage walls. Cole and Jun were both super friendly, explained everything to me and did immaculate work to block off the mouse entry points. 100/10 service! Thank you :)

Sean and his secretary Bobbi were simply amazing. So informative, prompt, fairly priced and thorough in their expertise. I only wish I can give more than 5 stars. We live in a really old home and there were rats inside the walls. Atlas went around the house and filled in all the spots that the rats had gotten in. To make sure any rats that were inside the walls could get out, and stay out, Altas installed one way small pet doors on the exits. This effectively sealed off all the exits.
The service was kind, fast, professional, and within the proposed time window. The person who came talked with me a bit about working for Atlas. He had worked with Atlas for over 10 years, and said that it was a small business, and that everyone took really good care of him, and so he was trying to take really good care of them too. When I called in to the support team, it was friendly and down to earth.

I have used many companies in the past and this is the best one!!! They are very reliable and professional.
If you are experiencing any issues with rodents, mice, rats, etc… I highly recommend this company. The staff are very prompt, and communicate at a high-level with detailed reports.

We had a wasp nest starting behind the siding at our front door. We tried to take care of it ourselves but after a week of dodging wasps we gave Atlas a call. They came within a couple of days and took care of it. No more dodging wasps! Super professional and they even called me when they were done to give me a report on how it went since we weren’t home when they came by.

I emailed several companies for quotes and this was the only company that would provide a quote without the company company to the house. Very convenient! Also, this was the only company that I could make an appointment with in a couple of days. The other companies were almost two weeks a way and that was for coming out and giving a quote! I thought the price was fair and customer service was excellent.

I'm so glad I found Atlas Pest and Wildlife company online, which had very good google reviews. We've been tormented by a rat that got into our house through the backyard wall. I called Atlas and they were courteous on the call and quick to book an inspection visit, which by the way is free of cost. They made 2 extra visits upon request and no additional charge. Finally Fred, who is not even the animal control specialist but maintenance personnel, understood my situation and teamed up with me to chase the trapped rat through the backyard door. Finally our 3 week ordeal is over. I would highly recommend Atlas to anyone that's looking for a reliable and reasonable service. Thank you for everything guys!

I used Atlas fror mole removal. They were able to trap two moles at the end of the three month program.They are very professional, responsive and reasonable. I have used for other services as well. They also provide weekly updates depending on the service you use. I highly recommend them.

I've been using Atlas in my business for about 3 years now, my previous pest inspector wasn't able to produce detailed documentation for me to hand over to my auditors in a timely and professional manner.
From the initial visit I could tell this company was light years ahead of the competition.
They have been extremely professional and thorough, and have been providing me with detailed inspection logs and excellent service since day 1.
I recently had some fly lights go out and when I called in a wonderful girl named Quin was extremely courteous and helpful. She made arrangements for the Technician to replace the lights on the next visit and made sure to ask how if I was happy with the current service being provided.

I contacted Atlas Pest Control via email to set up an appointment and received a response immediately from Quinn, who set up a convenient appointment time for us with ease.
Our Technician Dimitri showed up on time, was very courteous, professional and followed all Covid safety protocols. Dimitri was very honest and knowledgable and put me at ease about the couple of wasps we had found in our bathroom and did not charge us for the visit (while also giving me some easy solutions we could do ourselves if we found any further wasps).
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any future pest issues.

I am very satisfied with this company. I found some mice droppings in the cabinet under the sink and was very concerned and frustrated. Lauren helped me to meet my schedule and send a technician asap. I really appreciate her quick response.

We contacted Atlas after hearing some scratching noises on our roof in the middle of the night. Their service was prompt, professional and quickly addressed the problem. A squirrel had gnawed a fairly large hole where the dormar and roof come together. The critter had also made progress at beginning to gnaw other possible spots of entry.. Atlas explained how the problem would be addressed and gave us an estimate. Yesterday, Cary was here for several hours and we can now relax knowing the problem has been resolved. Cary is a friendly, pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable tech and we were very pleased with his service. If a similar problem arises in the future, (and hopefully it won't!), we would not hesitate to call Atlas to deal with it in a humane way.

I had multiple squirrels in the attic. Weren't sure how they were getting in. Atlas was able to send someone the same day to investigate. Cary figured out where they were getting in and another guy, Austin, came a few days later to seal the openings and setup a one a way door. I'm quite pleased with the responsiveness because when it comes to pests, the faster you can get them out the less damage they'll do inside the house!

The BEST customer service! Lauren's response rate on emails is fantastic, she even answers emails after hours - that's some serious customer service! Riley is my favourite tech, and even my dog loves her! They seem to look forward to seeing each other every time she comes to visit the building. I love that she wears the little booties and NEVER forgets when she comes into my home - she takes care with moving my "stuff" and furniture to access the bait stations and also puts everything back where it was originally. I also like her eye for detail and I appreciate these little gestures and she just seems to understand her customers and their wants and needs as if she was literally in their shoes. She is also quite knowledgeable about mice and she gives you the hard honest truth. Our building is 20 years old and we have had mice in the walls for years ...they arent leaving but they are under control - she is realistic in what she tells you and is straight talk about the plan of attack. Love these ladies, both of them ...and I would recommend Atlas just because of them!

Cary & Jeremy came to put up mesh in the vaulted roof above our front door area where we had an issue with woodpeckers and birds. They did an excellent job, and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They also said if there were further issues later on with woodpeckers going through the mesh they would come and patch it up free of charge. I would highly recommend Cary & Jeremy and Atlas Pest Control.

I had a rodent problem at my residential complex in Burnaby on Canada way. I was super frustrated and feeling defeated over the damage caused by these pests. After speaking with Rosie on the phone I immediately felt at ease and ready to take back control of my property. She was super friendly and extremely helpful guiding me through each step of the process . I have had this problem in the past and I have never received the kind of help and exceptional customer service she provided . The quote was extremely well done and super fair priced. Atlas is a good company with good people who know what they are doing, are nice to deal with and do a great job. We are starting our second year of a monthly service contract. I'm very happy with Atlas. They always let me know they have been by to check because they knock on the door, leave a business card and email me a copy of the monthly report. We started a monthly service because we had had a bad infestation in our outside storage room. Having the monthly service gives us peace of mind. Or service tech Jonathan is courteous and engaging. So great to deal with, called these guys to help me get rid of a Hornets nest. They came by, explained the whole process and fixed the issue.
