Dino is very professional, experienced, and knowledgable. He was able to recommend, and follow through on, strategies to deal with and alleviate the pest problem in our crawl space. I am very satisfied with this company. I found some mice droppings in the cabinet under the sink and was very concerned and frustrated. Lauren helped me to meet my schedule and send a technician asap. I really appreciate her quick response. Technician Jonathan was very punctual and friendly. My husband asked lots of questions and he provided explanations and helpful advices. Friendly and efficient! I am very happy with this company so far and not worried about the droppings anymore.

We contacted Atlas after hearing some scratching noises on our roof in the middle of the night. Their service was prompt, professional and quickly addressed the problem. A squirrel had gnawed a fairly large hole where the dormar and roof come together. The critter had also made progress at beginning to gnaw other possible spots of entry.. Atlas explained how the problem would be addressed and gave us an estimate. Yesterday, Cary was here for several hours and we can now relax knowing the problem has been resolved. Cary is a friendly, pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable tech and we were very pleased with his service. If a similar problem arises in the future, (and hopefully it won't!), we would not hesitate to call Atlas to deal with it in a humane way.

I had multiple squirrels in the attic. Weren't sure how they were getting in. Atlas was able to send someone the same day to investigate. Cary figured out where they were getting in and another guy, Austin, came a few days later to seal the openings and setup a one a way door. I'm quite pleased with the responsiveness because when it comes to pests, the faster you can get them out the less damage they'll do inside the house!

We've used Atlas for over a year. They're always professional, knowledgeable & efficient. Lauren who is our contact person in the office is always patient & professional. She coordinates around our 'sometimes' rigid schedule with a positive & willing attitude. Rylie & Michael are awesome too. Atlas was able to come almost immediately -which is exactly what you want/need when you are dealing with pests :S. Great service in person and on the phone! Aaron was quick, efficient, and very friendly! Highly recommend. **Updated to add - one of the techs Cary, came to do the follow repairs to prevent anything else getting in. He was polite, prepared, and got the job done quickly. Really hope we don't need them again, but will call if we do!

The BEST customer service! Lauren's response rate on emails is fantastic, she even answers emails after hours - that's some serious customer service! Riley is my favourite tech, and even my dog loves her! They seem to look forward to seeing each other every time she comes to visit the building. I love that she wears the little booties and NEVER forgets when she comes into my home - she takes care with moving my "stuff" and furniture to access the bait stations and also puts everything back where it was originally. I also like her eye for detail and I appreciate these little gestures and she just seems to understand her customers and their wants and needs as if she was literally in their shoes. She is also quite knowledgeable about mice and she gives you the hard honest truth. Our building is 20 years old and we have had mice in the walls for years ...they arent leaving but they are under control - she is realistic in what she tells you and is straight talk about the plan of attack. Love these ladies, both of them ...and I would recommend Atlas just because of them!

Cary & Jeremy came to put up mesh in the vaulted roof above our front door area where we had an issue with woodpeckers and birds. They did an excellent job, and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They also said if there were further issues later on with woodpeckers going through the mesh they would come and patch it up free of charge. I would highly recommend Cary & Jeremy and Atlas Pest Control.

I had a rodent problem at my residential complex in Burnaby on Canada way. I was super frustrated and feeling defeated over the damage caused by these pests. After speaking with Rosie on the phone I immediately felt at ease and ready to take back control of my property. She was super friendly and extremely helpful guiding me through each step of the process . I have had this problem in the past and I have never received the kind of help and exceptional customer service she provided . The quote was extremely well done and super fair priced. I highly recommend this place for your pest control needs. Ask for Rosie. She’ll make sure to take good care of you ! A+

Atlas is a good company with good people who know what they are doing, are nice to deal with and do a great job. Dino was the one who sorted out the problem and determined what needed to be done and Cary followed in executing the plan. Dino also offered to help me in my absence which I much appreciated. We are starting our second year of a monthly service contract. I'm very happy with Atlas. They always let me know they have been by to check because they knock on the door, leave a business card and email me a copy of the monthly report. We started a monthly service because we had had a bad infestation in our outside storage room. Having the monthly service gives us peace of mind. Or service tech Jonathan is courteous and engaging. It's easy to ask him questions

So great to deal with, called these guys to help me get rid of a Hornets nest. They came by, explained the whole process and fixed the issue. It also comes with a warranty if they come back! Price was VERY Reasonable, would highly recommend these guys for anything Pest Control related!

Atlas has been a dream to deal with. I had an ant problem and after trying store bought sprays and bait and googling other methods, I finally gave up and called Atlas for professional help. They were so reassuring and courteous. They were super patient and answered all of my questions on the phone and also on site. They showed up on time, was super efficient and friendly. Their cost was also very fair - lower than some other pest control companies had quoted but did excellent work that finally got me results. I wholly recommend them to any one needing help with pests.
